Millet pancakes


millet groats 2 cups,

wheat flour 2 cups,

milk 6 glasses

egg 5 pcs,

yeast 25 g

butter 200 g,

sugar, salt to taste.

Pour 2 cups of warm milk into the pan and dilute the yeast in it. Then add all the flour and knead the dough. After covering the pan with a towel, put the dough in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. While the dough is coming up, sort out the millet, rinse and, pouring it with 4 glasses of milk, boil the porridge. Cool the porridge to room temperature, add the egg yolks, crushed with salt and sugar, and mix well. Combine the porridge with the dough and let the dough go over again. Then add beaten egg whites to the test, mix gently. After 15-20 minutes, bake pancakes.
