Mushroom okroshka


350 g of salted mushrooms,
100 g green onions,
100 g sour cream
2-3 potato tubers,
2 hard boiled eggs
1-2 carrots,
1-2 fresh cucumbers
1.4 l kvass,
1 tsp mustard
1 bunch of dill
salt and sugar to taste.

Rinse fresh cucumbers, cut the skin and crumble into small cubes. Throw salted mushrooms onto a sieve, rinse in cold water, dry and chop finely. Chop the green onions with salt, mustard, eggs and a little sugar. Peel the boiled potatoes and carrots and cut into small cubes. Put products prepared in this way in a deep dish and pour cold kvass. Pour mushroom okroshka on plates, season with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped dill.
