Okroshka meat
1 1/2 L kvass,
400 g of beef
150 g of green onions,
300 g of fresh cucumbers,
200 g sour cream
3 eggs,
1 tbsp. l Sahara,
1 tsp mustard
dill greens, salt to taste
Chilled cooked meat and peeled fresh cucumbers cut into small cubes or short strips. Chop green onions finely and grind with a small amount of salt until juice appears. Hard-boiled eggs, finely chop. In eggs, put eggs, green onions, mustard, sugar, salt (to taste), mix and dilute with kvass. Add meat, cucumbers to the mixture and stir again. When serving okroshka sprinkle with dill. If okroshka is cooked in large quantities, then you need to combine all the prepared products with sour cream, add a little kvass and store on ice. When serving, put a portion of products with sour cream in a plate, pour kvass and sprinkle with dill.
