Pancakes with poppy seeds


Filling:
200 g of cottage cheese

1/2 cup milk

100 g of poppy

1 cup raisins

sugar to taste.

Pour steamed ground poppy and washed raisins into hot milk. Warm the mixture until thickened, add sugar, cool and mix with cottage cheese and 2 yolks.

Dough:

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

3 eggs,

salt

Sift flour into a bowl, add milk in parts, add salt. Introduce a whole egg and 2 proteins into the dough, mix well. Bake thin pancakes from only 1 side, turn them on a plate, grease the fried side with filling, roll pancakes with tubes. Put them on a greased baking sheet, grease with oil and fry in a well-heated oven.
