Shrimp Avocado Soup



4 ripe avocado fruits,
2 tbsp. l lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
2 red onions,
1 pod of hot pepper,
300 ml of vegetable broth,
200 ml of mineral water
salt pepper,
2 tbsp. l chopped coriander,
coriander for decoration,
150 g boiled shrimp

Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds and peel. Grind the pulp and pour over the lemon juice. Finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the pepper pod in half and take out the seeds. Make mashed avocado and vegetables, pour in the broth and mineral water. Salt and pepper. Put in the refrigerator. Stir with soup with 2 tbsp. spoons of coriander. Garnish with coriander and serve with shrimp.
