Spicy veal

500 g thinly sliced pieces of veal
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp flour
4 tbsp. l chicken or beef broth
Juice of one lemon
50 g chopped parsley
Salt
Heat oil in a pan. Pour in flour and dilute it in butter. Pour in the broth and continue to mix until smooth. To salt. Fry pieces of meat in gravy for about 3 minutes, often remembering to turn over. Add lemon juice, mix, sprinkle with parsley.
