Sweet Pepper Soup

Sweet Pepper Soup


200 g baguette,
500 ml of cubed broth,
6 tbsp. l olive oil,
2 cloves of garlic,
3 tbsp. l vinegar
4 tomatoes
3 pods of red and yellow sweet pepper,
1 pod of green bell pepper
Salt, pepper, onions to taste.

Cut the baguette into cubes. Pour the broth. Peel, chop and stew the garlic in vegetable oil. Add stewed garlic and vinegar to the baguette with baguette. Peel the tomatoes, chop the pulp. Wash bell peppers and remove seeds. 1/2 pod of yellow and 1 pod of green pepper cut into cubes, set aside. Coarsely chop the remaining sweet pepper. Grind together with baguette mixture and tomatoes in mashed potatoes, season with spices and cool. Peel and dice the onions.

Serve soup on the table, sprinkled with cubes of sweet pepper and onions.
