Tiramisu

The name speaks for itself: tira mi su - pull me up (Italian). If sadness and apathy attack you, this dessert will help to cheer you up.

3 eggs
5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
170 g mascarpone cheese
1-2 packs of Savoy biscuits (Ladies' fingers, about 36 pieces)
250 g of orange liquor
250 ml coffee
60 grated chocolate
50 g cocoa powder or 60 g grated dark chocolate

Beat the yolks with sugar. Beat whites in a strong foam separately. Combine the whipped yolks with the mascarpone, then carefully introduce the whipped whites. A mass of sour cream consistency should be obtained.

Place a layer of biscuits in a bowl with wide sides about 22x27 cm in size. Dampen the biscuits with half a liquor and half coffee with a tablespoon. Then cover with a layer of mascarpone and grated chocolate, sprinkle with half cocoa. Lay the second layer of biscuits and moisten them again with liquor and coffee.

Put tiramisu in the refrigerator at least 12 hours before serving. Sprinkle with the remaining cocoa before serving.
