Watermelon ice cream


1 small watermelon weighing 2-3 kg
4-6 tbsp Sahara
2 tbsp. l cornmeal
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp candied fruit, finely chopped
2 tbsp milk chocolate pieces

Remove the red watermelon pulp and pass through a sieve. To remove the seeds.

Put in a large pot with high sides with sugar and cornmeal, put on medium heat. Constantly stirring, bring to a boil, it should acquire the consistency of sour cream.

Remove the pan from the heat and leave the mixture to cool to room temperature. Add vanilla, candied fruit and chocolate. Pour the mass into a 2-liter pudding mold or pour into molds. Put to cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours or longer, so that the mass freezes. You can use a special machine for making ice cream.
